We are very excited to have another offering from Red Fox Coffee Merchants! This time we have a fantastic coffee from the Amazonian Andes of Northern Peru. The JUMARP Cooperative (which stands for Asociación de Productores Cafetaleros Juan Marco "El Palto") was founded in 2003 by Jose Carranza Barboza and 35 smallholder farms. They created the association to develop new models of growing and exporting coffee, as well as a focus on overall quality improvement. The group decided to change old ways and create sustainable production methods in harmony with the native forests. The microclimate in which the farm operates is known as "Selva Alta" - a specific type of ecosystem comprised of dense, humid forests found only in high altitude areas of Peru and Mexico, providing an environment for healthy coffee growth! Expect a creamy mouthfeel, layered in with notes of rainier cherries and a bright and lingering sweet strawberry finish. We know you'll enjoy!
We taste: Rainier Cherry, Dried Strawberry, Vanilla Cream
