We are excited to have another offering from Peru with our friends at Red Fox Coffee Merchants. This lot comes from the Calca Province in Cusco, Peru. This area is one of the largest sources of coffee production for Red Fox and has seen significant growth in quality and consistency over the last decade. We are excited to feature this offering, as it offers a unique honeyed/floral quality balanced out with satisfying acidity. Expect nutty notes off the grind, along with notes of poached pear, tart cherry, and a honey-like mouthfeel.
