Coming from the Moplaco washing station, this operation has a rich multigenerational history. Third-generation coffee professional, and coffee legend, Yiannis Georgalis, began the operation in the early 1970s. The farm is now run and operated by Yiannis' daughter, Heleanna, a legend in her own right. With a master's degree in investment banking, Heleanna took over operations a while back and has more than upheld her father's reputation. Known for her business acumen, meticulous nature, and experimentation; unique and complex coffees are produced year after year. This year's lot is no exception and is one we feel lucky to be able to share. Immaculate washing practices result in one of the cleanest and vibrant cups we've had in a while. You can expect floral aromas when freshly ground, mango tea-like sweetness on the tongue combined with a sweet key lime pie finish. A true testament to the hard work put into this crop's production, this is an offering all Ethiopian coffee lovers will enjoy!
