This is one of two fresh 2021 Ethiopian lots just in from our friends at Crop to Cup! This coffee is from the Duromina Cooperative in Oromia, Jimma Zone, Goma District, Ethiopia. Established in 2010, Duromina means 'become wealthy'. And this coop has done that and more over the past decade. The coop is now focusing on the community by building schools, roads, connections for electricity, and safe drinking water. This lot is exceptional and is a perfect display of the hard work and professionalism the comes from this coop. Coffee from the Jimma Zone are known for their vibrant juiciness and balanced sweetness. This coffee is just that. Expect lots of blood orange juiciness, layered in with notes of mulled raspberries and a lingering amber honey finish. We know you'll enjoy this one, it's one of our current favorites!
