We are excited to have another offering from Yepocapa Coffee! This time we have a fantastic coffee from La Cooperativa San Martín Jilotepeque in Guatemala. COSAMAJ was founded in 2018 with the hopes of exporting its own coffees. Yepocapa worked closely with the producers of this coop to help facilitate this desire. The coop produced 4 separate/distinct lots this year, one being from Finca La Colina. That particular lot was produced and processed by Tony Medina. This coffee is a perfect example of the excellent coffees we have come to expect from Yepocapa! Expect a creamy and chocolatey mouthfeel, layered in with notes of caramel and a bright juicy finish. We know you'll enjoy!
