We have another offering from our friends at Red Fox Coffee Merchants. This lot comes from Jose Cienfuegos’ Finca Fatima Farm & Mill in Veracruz, Mexico. Veracruz is positioned near the northern edge of the Tropics, offering unique elevation and cooler harvest temperatures leading to slower cherry ripening. This results in dense and intense flavors. We are excited to be able to share this offering with you! Expect caramel and toffee notes off the grind, along with notes of dark berries, almond, and a citrusy mouthfeel.
