Fikadu Jejaba farms a small plot in the high, forested hills of Gomma—an area known for wild heirloom diversity and incredibly clean washed coffees. Producers here handpick ripe cherry, depulp within hours, and ferment in a traditional two-stage wet process before drying carefully on raised beds under shade.
Fikadu’s lot is a great example of what this region does best: bright fruit, floral lift, and a layered sweetness that holds steady as the cup cools.
