Bolivia Copacabana comes from small family farms in Caranavi, where producers practice long, cool fermentations and slow patio drying to build deep sweetness. Ethiopia Negash Abarago comes from high-altitude communities in Bensa, where cherry is hand-sorted, fermented in tiled tanks, and dried on raised beds under careful supervision.
Together, these coffees create a cup that’s bright, warming, and festive—sweet enough for holiday mornings, balanced enough for daily brewing.
