How often can I get my coffee?

You have the option of receiving your coffee either once or twice a month. 

When will it arrive?

Your coffee will be shipped out on the first and 15th of every month. 

When will I be billed? What forms of payment do you accept?

Is the coffee ground?

Currently we only offer our coffee as whole beans, as we believe this provides the best experience of coffee freshness and flavor. We are happy to provide you with suggestions on how to brew your coffee and stay tuned for our coffee brewing tips and guide to come!

Do you have gift options?

Is shipping included?

We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for all shipping. 

Can I subscribe to a particular coffee?

We are dedicated to bringing seasonally fresh Direct Trade coffees to our customers. Our offerings will change throughout the year as different coffees become available.  

Can I get a receipt for my order?

You'll receive an email with your receipt upon purchase.
