La Tribu is a community of smallholder families farming tiny, high-elevation plots in the Mixteca region of Oaxaca. Producers handpick and wash on farm, often using traditional wooden fermentation tanks and small patios or raised beds for drying. Crop to Cup separates and aggregates these micro-lots into a cohesive regional profile representing the cooperative’s best work.
This lot is sweet, comforting, and balanced—classic washed Mexico with soft fruit and gentle acidity.
