Guatemala Raíces contributes chocolate depth and structure from high-elevation Huehuetenango farms. Nicaragua adds a round, nutty sweetness from traditional washed processing and slow, careful drying. The Ethiopia Limu component brings a clean lift—floral aromatics and bright, sweet citrus from carefully managed raised-bed drying.
