The Coffee Yards is led by Norman Mukuru and works with roughly 300 smallholder farmers across Mt. Elgon. Coffee is collected through a network of community collection points and brought to a centralized processing facility near Mbale, where Norman and his team focus on careful, precise processing.

Mt. Elgon is Uganda’s primary Arabica-growing region, where high elevations and smallholder farming contribute to coffees known for bright citrus, ripe fruit, and distinctive character. This natural lot is rich and fruit-forward, pairing juicy stone fruit and blood orange with chocolate and a soft, pastry-like sweetness.
